One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The lobby rooms and hallways were impeccably clean. I was very impressed with every staff member that I interacted with. They always were attentive and actioned anything I needed immediately. Only improvement I would suggest for this hotel is better soundproofing. There was more noise transfer than I liked from room to room, and hallway to room.

If you are noise sensitive the air conditioning and Heating were abit noisy. But they tried accommodate and staff are helpful and kind.

I like the staff there. Staff was nice and polite. Property is in terrible condition, building is so outdated, old and not maintained properly. Rooms are so dull, dirty. There are no basic amenities available in room like fridge, microwave etc. This hotel is overpriced. There are so many better premium hotels in the area in terms of new building, good amenities, location, brand. And Ramada is charging premium prices like those nearby premium hotels but not providing even close in terms of quality, amenities. They don't even include breakfast in a $200 room. I would recommend to everyone not to go there, instead choose Marriott or something. You will get much better value there. Ramada please update your hotel. And hopefully soon

I had an amazing experience with the hotel staff. They were most polite and helpful. I had forgotten my toiletry bag at home and they helped me with what they could. Also, they printed out my presentation narrative for the conference free of charge. It took 2 minutes to check out and they ordered a cab for me which arrived 3 minutes later. Great service, keep up the good work!
