This particular suite had a pigeon problem on the balcony, and even if it was appointed with outdoor seating -- the amount of pigeon droppings was a "no way I'm going out there." The bathroom and kitchen were clean but some of the other furnishings needed a Swiffer duster. Overall a nice suite. I would give them another try in the future. For example, the beside light stopped working, one of the toilet seat hinges was broken and one of the closet doors wouldn’t open. The check in was great and the bed was really comfortable. There were a few drawbacks such as: The bedroom blinds did not allow for us to prevent the outside lights and daylight from illuminating the room. Also, because the unit is overlooking the river, at this time of year there are hundreds of geese that spend the night in the river and create a lot of noise throughout the night that can be heard in the unit with all windows closed. While the location is good for amentities, and the apartment in a fair condition (one or two knocks and bruises); there are negative aspects.
