Great location, space needs some fixing, broken closet handles, the grout in shower was extremely dirty and unappealing. Overall liked the property and would stay again but also agree with previous people that the bedroom could use some curtains, very bright in there when sun comes up.

Our stay was great! The suite was nice and clean.t The only downside in the property were there’s just some window shade no curtains, so we all got up really. It would really nice if they could invest in some curtains, make a huge difference.

Nice building and a decent suite

The suite was nice, but a view of a parkade (not exactly Waterfront). This particular suite had a pigeon problem on the balcony, and even if it was appointed with outdoor seating -- the amount of pigeon droppings was a "no way I'm going out there." The bathroom and kitchen were clean but some of the other furnishings needed a Swiffer duster. Overall a nice suite. I would give them another try in the future. Quiet building.

My trip was great and the place was fine but there were little things that need repair. For example, the beside light stopped working, one of the toilet seat hinges was broken and one of the closet doors wouldn’t open. The check in was great and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, I’d recommend this spot but a few fix-ups would be welcome.

The apartment was very roomy and quite modern. There were a few drawbacks such as: The bedroom blinds did not allow for us to prevent the outside lights and daylight from illuminating the room. Also, because the unit is overlooking the river, at this time of year there are hundreds of geese that spend the night in the river and create a lot of noise throughout the night that can be heard in the unit with all windows closed. The parking space is very tight but it is great to have heated underground parking at this time of the year.

Great location next to park and running/bike paths. Prompt and friendly check-in by Quinn. Super clean and comfortable stay with washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

This is not a hotel

This is not a hotel, this is an apartment rented per night. While the location is good for amentities, and the apartment in a fair condition (one or two knocks and bruises); there are negative aspects. No maid/housekeeping service, the blinds in the bedroom allow far too much light to come in, two sheets do not make a duvet cover, only two flimsy pillows, and the bed is uncomfortable.
