"Our sty was wonderful. Host was awesome at communicating we appreciated the welcome snacks. The house is well stocked and the check in process was seamless. The pool and hot tub was a definite win. U would definitely book again. Pictures don’t do the house justice."

"Sergio provided excellent service. Accomodated all my requests fast and efficiently. Home is very clean and updated. The backyard was a blast for the family with a huge pool that was kept very clean. The steel metal fencing around the perimeter gave the privacy and exclusion i was looking for. The location is off the main strip on a small street which is not the greatest but you are close to main highway access with plenty of stores and shopping nearby. Loved my stay, would stay again."

"The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."

"The host did a great job to stock the home with all you will need for a stay. The home was clean and comfortable. There are a few local breweries within walking distance and downtown is not too far. The neighborhood is in transition with new homes replacing older homes as the area continues to improve."

"Language barrier and something was wrong with app to where i didn’t get check in info. Had to go back and forth with host and VRBO. Had to show proof of me not getting info which was a lil extra. Thankfully the home was nice small issue with plumbing. Clean home good area good stay otherwise."

"The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."
