"The Abbotsford was very comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, Siobhan I think was her name was brilliant when we arrived as were others but didn't get names. Only a ten minute walk into the centre of Callander and ample parking on site. The breakfasts are very good value and filling. Enjoyed our three night stay very much."

"Hotel was excellent value for money being in the centre of the town. Staff were very accommodating. I was traveling on my bike and they accommodated storing it securely overnight. The best bit about the hotel is the evening food. They have a very good chef, and a decent menu. The food presentation is very good and tastes excellent. I had the balmoral chicken one night and the slow cooked beef the second night. Both were excellent. It is far better than the surrounding eating restaurants that offer basic burger and chips."
