“Upon entering the room I smelled a strong smell of urine. I immediately started looking for another hotel online, but they were all booked up. My husband suggested getting air freshener but that would just cover up the filth. I walked to the gas station and got a bottle of 409 and paper towels. I cleaned the floor by the toilet and my towel came up BLACK. I proceeded to clean the entire floor and it apparently hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The smell improved but not much. “I purchased three nights at the Morro Crest through Expedia which stated it was pet friendly. We arrived on the 24th of June and had a quiet night. The next afternoon I got a call from the office that they were demanding us to leave because of the pet. I argued with him that it was registered as a assistive pet and that did not seem to matter. They told me if we didn't leave they would call the police. We called the police to find out what our options were and they said they would not come out……

“Every thing is ok but the room are really small and the windows are permanently closed so if you travel with a dog you can not open the door and the window its not really nice the location is perfect walking distance to the beach but the coffee is only black no cream no milk so gas station it’s good option to have some coffee with cream”

“they offer only coffee no breakfast, but did have a great restaurant on the property that opened early at 7:00am Parking was good, next time I will select a beach view”
