“Room key did not work. No shampoo or lotion in dispenser.”

“Carpet not vacuumed in bathroom. Microwave did not work. Not enough electrical outlets for the elderly. Need a power strip.”

“Overall good. The toilet seat was loose and moved around. The shower dripped constantly. Nothing major, but worth noting. We had a room set up to be adjoining with next room. We were not affiliated with the people in the next room, they were traveling with a dog that barked randomly at every noise from the hallway. Of course his kennel was right against the adjoining door. I am not anti pet, but pretty annoying throughout the night.”

“It is a beautiful bed and breakfast. They were able to accommodate my husband‘s food allergy, and everything was beautiful the property and the room.”

“The front desk staff was very helpful. It was late when I arrived and I hadnt eaten. They recommended a couple of restaurants that delivered, even provided the phone number. Cleaning staff did an excellent job as well. The parking was convenient.”

“The entire hotel was very clean. The only issue was the bathroom sink didn’t drain very well and the toilet was stopped up. We immediately called the staff but nothing was done about it. We also notified the front desk at check out. Overall it was a nice overnight stay.”

“The Carlisle is a lovely, upscale hotel with a gorgeous 3-story spiral staircase. All the rooms on our side of the building had balconies with chairs overlooking the valley. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is listed as continental, but always has a hot dish as well as boiled eggs and Belgian waffles. Our room was spacious, updated and clean. The bathroom design was unique in that there was a sink, wall-to-wall mirror and countertop in the walk in……

“A unique property , no o site parking cause apparently they only had horses when it was built :) but the free town parking lot is 20yrd from the rear entrance. Grear location foe visiting the Amish sites and towns.Has its own Tavern which serves food but we walked touthe Cider press a few yards down rhe road and thenold brewery a few yaeds up the road. quaint town centre . Hotel is on a busy crossroads lots of truck traffic so can be noisy but didnt bother us. couldnt be beaten locally foer……

“I asked to see the room prior to paying There are no coffee machines. No ice machines towels ARE VERY USED, 1 small bar of soap. No ADA ROOMS 2 towels vert ratty ,2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths. Tub is from the 80's as are the 2 handle tub valves. Diverter spout sticks in up position ( found out hard way). Shower head is from 80's. Price Pfister. Shower arm was wobbly, Step up into room is about 7 inches, Door has no weather stripping leaks light and-or- air . Back of main Door is dirty, as……
