Cameron RV Parks 2024

"I went and visited my son in college in nearby Liberty Missouri so it was a last minute trip. I reviewed several hotels in the area and saw several things such as bed bugs, cockroaches etc. I reviewed this hotel and it sounded like a great option for last minute plans. To my surprise the hotel fit my needs. It was reasonably priced and friendly staff! Now I will say that it is not an high end hotel but you get what you pay for. I had minor issues such as my hair dryer did not work so I ended up buying my own at a local Walmart. There is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage to the upper floors so bring someone strong with you! The daily breakfast had good food and several options. I did not get her name but the lady that ran this in the mornings was super friendly! I witnessed her washing her hands after stepping outside for a smoke break. That was huge for me! The little town this is in you do not have to worry about your personal safety as the cops are certainly out observing. Lastly the front desk staff was also great. Vicky was super friendly. I enjoyed talking to him in passing by. The only really negative thing I could say is that I think you undercharge based off what this hotel has to offer! Thanks for the great stay😊. I will be back! "Been a while since we last stayed here; forgot what a nice place it is! This is definitely the best hotel in Cameron. Our king room was spacious, the bathroom clean and huge. The bed was comfortable with an assortment of pillows, and breakfast was typical of most hotels. Very well maintained building, efficient HVAC so no excess humidity like the other places in town. Desk staff was very friendly, and we were able to secure a later checkout to accommodate our departure schedule. Still, there is room for improvement. The water pressure was VERY low, so it made it impossible to use the adjustable showerhead or even shower quickly. There were also no towel bars anywhere so we couldn't hang them to dry (not eco-friendly). Finally, the top of the single serve coffeemaker in the room had a broken top so I didn't use it, and the TV is rather small for the size of the room (had poor display quality/distortion on all channels). Nonetheless, this really is the best place to stay in town, and we will definitely stay here again."

"Property manager was exceptional. She was responsive almost immediately. This house was perfect for 5-6 people. It’s very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from convenience stores and downtown Kearney. Wish we would have known about it a long time ago!"
