“I don’t know where to begin! This property is amazing for many reasons. Location, hospitality and food. This hotel feels like it in the middle of everywhere you would need to walk to. There’s about 15 restaurants in less than 300 yards. The hospitality has to be one of the best I have ever experienced. Lastly, the food. “We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. The location is excellent and our room had a beautiful view of the Portofino piazza but the windows all had signs saying “please keep windows closed”. Our room furnishings were standard.
