Beautiful location and grounds, but stay fell short given established reputation and the cost of accommodations, Room smelled quit musty. Decor suggested a collection of castoff furnishings from perhaps past renovations. Bathroom needed updating! Nespresso machine was very dirty and dispensed old coffee grounds. "We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the well organized Activity Room with the coloring sheets, blocks, access to the large screen tv. We only had one issue and that was the lighting at night entering the pool area. We had mentioned at our stay in April 2023 that it made if very difficult to walk there from our condo and were surprised it was not resolved. But hopefully, the painting of the floor pool is a good sign that the renovations are under way. Other than that, we always were...

"Problems!! 1- No working Microwave in our room, one there was broken, replaced and that one didn't work either! There should be one in each room for customers convenience! 2- workout machines out of date and a Hazardous for people to use them! 3- NO sign put up to say filter in pool broken and don't swim in it! 4- pool house bathrooms need a door lock on them for privacy when showering and dressing! 5- Lockers don't close properly for lock use! 6- No small chair or table in bathroom of pool...

"Very nice place. The office was not yet open when we went to check out (8:30am). They have an early check out time (10am), so it was odd that they aren’t prepared for people that want to check out before they go get breakfast. We also had to drive our garbage to a dumpster that was several buildings away - so odd when staying in a facility with housekeeping services! "

"The property was great place to stay while visiting Acadia National Park. The room was clean and just right for 5 of us to stay, there was plenty of space. I wish that there was body wash for the shower instead of bar soap, and some hand & body lotion would've been nice as well. The breakfast was good, there were plenty of options for us but the coffee didn't taste very good. The pool area was spacious and my kids enjoyed the pool. "

"This was a lovely place to stay. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed the two pools, hot tub & mini putt with our two young children. We also did the oak island boat tour and it was so convenient to board right on property. "
