“The hotel is very beautiful yet very old. Our room was excellent in every way and was completely silent at all hours. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The hotel had a very nice 24 hour accessible lounge with fruit and fancy coffees. The location was perfect with numerous shops and restaurants within a very short walk. The architecture of the area was excellent. Quebec City and this hotel rivals the European cities we have visited.”

“I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.”

“Parking and no elevator are the things to be aware of, however I expect many of these downtown Old Quebec properties would be the same! Location was excellent and walkable to many restaurants and tourist sites. The room was eloquent and breakfast was very good with fresh fruit. A great stay!”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……
