Clean room and spacious, however, bathroom was really small. Forgot to leave do not disturb sign on the door and room service woke us up at 8:45 AM. Promised to come back and never did. Bed was not made, no clean towels available, we had to the reception. We stayed for two days.

I liked that it was close enough to Quebec city, however, I found the bathroom really small. Had a veranda but no chairs to sit outside. Stayed for two days, cleaning lady came knock at the door at 9AM, asked her to come back a bit later to which she sais no problem. Came back to the hotel around 11:30PM, bed was not made, no clean towels, no coffee refills, no clean cups. Had to call the reception. We had three pillows, asked for another one and was told they could no provide one.

The air-conditioning was broken. We asked for another room and got a new room but that room was even worse. We had to sleep with the window open since it was sooo hot in the room. The room was clean and sushi restaurant on the first floor was nice. If we could sleep in the room with air-conditioning we could give 5stars.

An older hotel but my room at least fully remodeled. Great king sized bed. Modern quiet but efficient air conditioning. Full sized towels. Restauran Cosmos on site. Close to shopping centres.

I like everything about hotel classique the staff the service the pool the room , wish to go back again, forget not it's not far from Aquarium , i find it easy and so I've visited and i cruised over st Lawrence river , hotel classique in a good location to do what you want in Quebec .

We received are room in the old tower after a long wait to check in. The bed had bad stain on it. So we went back for another long wait and they change are room to another tower that was nice. We had to pay for the upgrade. They said that they will take off are resort fee, i never seen the credit.
