The only bad thing is that the bathroom has a lot of small flies and the room smells bad every time you come in from outside. Due, I believe, to the location of the canal. Breakfast was good, and there were enough options. You shouldn't be concerned about pickpockets because the location is secure."

"Very close to the Venezia Santa Lucia train station and also to the water buses. Room was lovely and a very nice breakfast was included. There are no staff available on site as all bookings and inquiries are handled by their sister hotel across the road. We also had 2 flights of stairs to carry up suitcases. Other than that the room was comfortable and ticked all of our boxes for location. "
