Beautiful property, staff answered every one of our tourist questions in meticulous detail. If you’re looking for charming , typical Venusian style and attitude, this is the place to stay. Wish we had more time here.

This was a beautiful hotel. Very Venetian! It was right on a canal. Gondola rides right at the door. It was clean and staff were classy and very helpful. It was a beautiful place to stay.

A taxi can take you straight to the hotel. The breakfast and breakfast room are very nice. There are stairs to the rooms, and the bathroom was tight, but nothing we didn’t expect when visiting Venice.

We loved the hotel’s location close to the Rialto and in easy reach of vaporetto to San Marco. The staff were lovely . The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of fruit etc. We loved sitting by the window watching the coming and going in the square opposite .

We spent 2 nights there, wish we had stayed longer. Super convenient location, 5 min walk to the Ca' d'Oro Vaporetto station, or you can take the water taxi right to the front door. Short walk to anything you'd need. Delicious breakfast in a beautiful room with balcony overlooking the canal. Will definitely be our Venice hotel from now on.

For the comparative price this was a great hotel. The room was tiny, as expected, and a little damp from an air conditioning unit, but the location was absolutely amazing. Beautiful, right in a picturesque square and canal, and next to a gorgeous restaurant. The staff were all very helpful and charming. Felt like the perfect Venice experience!

Our stay at this hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the location and the rooms. I did do want to show the chef how to make American bacon and eggs and coffee. You can get a drip coffee maker very inexpensive. We Americans don't like instant coffee. The bacon was raw and no one was eating it. Put the bacon on foil or parchment paper at 375 for 15 minutes and flip over for four or five minutes. It always comes out perfect and there will not be a pc left.

Slept well. Convenient. Food close by as well as breakfast in the hotel. Rooms clean. Walkable to everything. If you have a lot of baggage, just take a water taxi to the door and bypass the water bus as it’s a little far, but the water taxi was perfect for our pick up.

My family of 4 stayed at this property on vacation. It was conveniently located to all of the attractions but also in a quiet spot. The hotel was very pretty and the room was nice. It comfortably accommodated my wife and I along with our teenage kids.

I loved the location and look of this hotel. It was very Venetian! We could walk to just about everything and the staff were all very helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Would stay again for sure!
