"A fantastic location with a large very clean bedroom. The bathroom was small but good with an enthusiastic shower. Normal coffee and tea making facility. My only complaint was the bed was rather small for two people. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Is definitely stay here again. "

Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. The location is great — close enough to Canterbury city centre but still nice and peaceful. It made it easy to explore the area without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A great choice if you’re visiting Canterbury and want somewhere comfortable with a friendly atmosphere."

"Stayed 2 nights here the location was excellent a short walk to shops and restaurants, room was small but clean needs some updating. The cold tap in en-suite was loose and the macerater toilet was very noisy. Sanjeewa was very kind and helpful he seemed to be the only staff there. The breakfast was basic but very nice."
