"This property is in a great area, Close to shopping and Dinning. The Hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good and hot. The grounds were very pretty also. I did have a little problem. I called a week or so before our stay and told them I would be paying in cash. Was told that was fine. But, on our way to the Hotel, I received notice from my Bank that the amount was withdrawn from my account. That put my account in the negative, which of course I wasn’t too happy about. When we arrived, I paid them in cash, like I said I would. They released my money but it will take a few days to get back to my account. Luckily, my Bank was great about working with me, and didn’t charge me an overdraft fee. In my opinion, the staff(or at least some of them) needs a little bit of training. Maybe how to put a note on someone’s reservation. All the staff that we met were nice and friendly. "

"We had a great stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, the property was very well maintained, we had absolutely no complaints at all. But the thing that really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Every single person I encountered at Tru by Hilton in Terrell was smiling and made an effort to speak or carry on a conversation. Half way through our stay I received a text from one of the staff asking how everything was going and if we needed anything. They genuinely seemed concerned that all of our needs were met. I don't know if all Tru locations are this customer friendly but I can't recommend the Terrell location enough. They're fantastic!"
