Cocoa Beach is a short car ride away and the Orlando attractions are also close by if you feel like driving a little.

Great stay
We had a wonderful stay in March! Very clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, 7 minute walk to the beach, never had to contact the owner, everything was great! Thank you!

Perfect Rental
We couldn't have asked for a better rental for our family of 5. The house and grounds are kept immaculately clean. Everything we needed was provided - from beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and even a sharp knife (I usually bring my own when staying at VRBO's but couldn't this time because we were flying). Chris was super responsive to questions and the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do - Kennedy, beach, fish.

Great home away from home
Property is beautiful; flowers and greenery. Pool was super; just the right size for all ages. Loved the homes and area; saw multiple peacocks every day; one even spread his wings and made a circle so we got to see the beautiful plumage. Home is spacious; super comfortable for the 5 of us. Home was super clean and well taken care of. The homeowners are super nice folks and definitely want guests to have a great stay. Beach access is just a short walk from the home. Just down the beach you can see the launch pad for space center and a bit farther you can see some of Kennedy; a great place for viewing rocket launches or space capsules. Highly recommend this home.

Little oasis
Enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean with cute decor. Comfortable beds. Couple blocks to the beach. Private pool and in a neighborhood with lots of beautiful peacocks. Would definitely return for another visit!!! Must try the cantina right across the street from neighborhood…excellent food and cold beer🌴

Wonderful property nestled in a neighborhood convenient to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Beach.
Extremely clean and modern house with screened in porch and swimming pool. Chris was very responsive with any questions about the property or surrounding area. Beach is a couple blocks away with several paths to enter beach. Watch the cruise ships enter and exit the port while soaking up some Florida sun! Definitely will be back!

Spacious rental with fantastic location!
This property is very family friendly. It has a great location within walking distance to the beach. It is very spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet and lots of fun with tons of Peafoul running around! We enjoyed a quick walk or drive to the beach. We saw dolphins off the pier and it wasn’t very crowded. The property owners were very quick to answer our questions. I would stay here again.
