NOTICE: Concrete restoration work is planned at Canaveral Towers from April 12 to mid December, 2021. Although the current schedule (which is subject to change) does not have work planned for this condo's balcony during the bookable dates, there will be significant noise from jackhammering as it travels easily through concrete. The pool is expected to remain open through the project, and work will be limited to working hours on weekdays.
If you're a guest who plans to spend a considerable amount of time away from the condo during the day on the weekdays, this will be less of an inconvenience. Otherwise, this noise will be disruptive if spending time indoors and we are happy to recommend other options. Please note that rates through mid-Dec have been significantly reduced in light of the inconvenience and refunds for disruptions, noise complaints or construction inconveniences will not be provided.
