“I was pleasantly surprised at how cozy and clean it was for a stay.”

“Excellent place to stay in Yakima. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was very good at an additional charge. I look forward to returning again next month. This will be my place to stay going forward in Yakima. Nice touch with the wine tasting opportunity too.”

“I would not stay here again. The first night the smoke alarm went off at 2:00 a.m. We had to switch rooms. One of the two elevators was out of commission for our entire stay. On the last day they turned the water off mid-morning with no warning before I had a chance to shower. The location is nice and they had laundry facilities and free breakfast but seriously this place is falling apart.”

“Was not provided the room I booked and paid for. No response or assistance with correcting this from management or the booking agency. Staff was inattentive and unhelpful. Reasonable priced rooms. Hotel has relatively easy access to the highway. Location is a 2.5 out of 5. Overall experience was a 2.7 out of 5 stars.”

“Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport.”

“Loved the location being close to where my dad and family live and not all the way on the other side of town. Staff were prompt with questions and guidance. Breakfast was yummy. Pool was a great temp. LOVED my king size bed and room. Will for sure do a staycation again with them.”
