“When I first walked in everything was fine. The first night slept ok came back the second night around 11:20pm and found a bed bug on the pillow. Quickly packed up my stuff they couldn’t cancel and said I could only switch rooms. I accepted at the time but couldn’t sleep had all lights on and was scared to find another. Before 6am I went back down stairs said I couldn’t stay the morning person knew about what I found the night before said sorry she can’t do anything but the manager will be in……

“The pool, hot tub and exercise room were closed. The breakfast was pretty mininmal. No yogurt or eggs. The room was clean with a good bed frigde and microwave. It appeared to have been renovated recently”

“This property meets our needs very nicely for our trips to Yakima. The location is great for us accessing west Yakima. We can count on a consistent breakfast. The rooms are fine. Parking is easy, even during busy times. The staff have always been very responsive and helpful. ”

“The room and hotel are clean and a good size. Pool and hot tub is a decent size. A downside is that you have to pay for the breakfast, but it is a good breakfast with lots of options and helpful staff. At times they do not have staff at the front desk, which makes asking for items and checking in/out difficult. There is a fenced in parking lot with a gate so your vehicle is safe overnight.”
