Kauai Cheap Vacations

I completely understand that they had just experienced a hurricane and weren't prepared for everything that happened. I genuinely sympathize with the employees and locals. What bothered me was the way the front-desk manager spoke to us. She basically told us that we should have canceled and not come. The problem is that canceling wasn't that simple. If the hotel, airline, and other bookings had offered full refunds, I would have had no problem postponing the trip. But we were looking at potentially losing around $10,000 that we worked hard for, plus the income I already lost by taking two weeks off work. You can't tell tourists they shouldn't come while also expecting them to simply accept losing thousands of dollars because refunds aren't being offered. I can have empathy for what Kauaʻi went through while also expecting basic understanding and respectful treatment from the people running the hotel. Dont ask questions they just hate anybody that come there. I never right a review. Also this place had cucarachas

My family and I really enjoyed this gorgeous condo. The resort does not have its own pool, but you get access to an athletic club across the street. The pool, hot tub, gym, slide, restaurant was really neat. Unfortunately for us, a large group of rude tourists came in yelling and knocking chairs and screaming in our ears and just carrying on like they owned the place and everyone else was in the way. We didn’t go back.
