Ocean Park has plenty to keep you busy, but don't limit yourself to just one place. Rent some wheels and take to the road to discover what else awaits in the surrounding area. Here are some places to consider:

• Culebra is around 50 miles from Ocean Park. Well-known tourist attractions like Flamenco Beach deserve to be high on your list while you're in town.
• Situated 35 miles away, Garrochales is also popular with wanderers. Set aside time to experience Bosque Estatal De Cambalache while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love this buzzing city.
• Playa Uvero is around 130 miles from Ocean Park and is one of the region's most spectacular nature spots. Go for a walk around and enjoy the fresh air here.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Puerto Rico, then you'll likely need to acquire an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence in order to rent a car.
