$53 Car Rental South Richmond

South Richmond has plenty to keep you busy, but don't restrict yourself to just the one place. Grab a set of wheels and hit the open road to see what else awaits in the surrounding area. Here are some places to consider:

• Make tracks to Oxford for an excellent sightseeing experience. Roughly 45 miles from South Richmond, it's home to lots of great attractions, including Christ Church College.
• Next stop? Consider Bristol, which is around 100 miles away. Cabot Circus Shopping Centre is one local hot spot you won't want to miss.
• Get out into the great outdoors and breathe in some fresh air at Sherwood Forest Country Park. It's approximately 130 miles from South Richmond.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in England, then you'll likely need to get an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your home country in order to rent a car. Also consider that if you do need an IDP, it won't be valid on its own. You'll be asked to show your current license your passport and other forms of documentation as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card you used to book the rental matches the name on your license and passport. Some other things to note for international car rentals are:

• Age restrictions: You need to be 25 or older in most places to rent a car. If you're younger than that, it may still be possible to rent a car but you'll have to pay a Young Driver's Surcharge. Additional restrictions may also apply to the types of vehicles you can rent.
• Driving limitations: Be sure to read the fine print before getting behind the wheel. Typically, you can't cross country borders, drive on ferries or go off-roading with a rental vehicle.
