My family near froze to death. The property owner was obviously aware of the problem because when we arrived they had set out a few space heaters. Well, when we tried to use more than one at a time the power went out. To make matters worse, the fuse box for the property is attached to another property. As you can image it...

"Not satisfied because they didn’t get the room as we reserved. Makes me feel I’m not important & embarrassing. They said it is Expedia mistake. That may be both side fault because this wasn’t the first time happened to me. We booked the room showing in Expedia website have big sofa and a dinner table with 2 chairs. But the hotel only gave us a small sofa chair that’s all😌 Wish Expedia would pay attention on this matter and take care of it asap to avoid this happen again. Otherwise they all will lost business from us. Thank you ! "
