We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this property and plan to return for a multi-night stay before year's end. The entire staff (particularly Wallace at the check in counter) was exceptional in their engagement, their helpfulness, and their personable demeanors. Our room was great with one of the best showers we've experienced in many trips to NYC (pressure is everything). Location and proximity to Times Square and subway access was perfect. We only have ONE complaint, and to be clear we DO NOT blame the Riu Hotel......the heavy traffic situation did not allow us to pull up to the hotel to unload. We parked around the corner (only 1 block away) and had to carry our things to the hotel. Upon leaving, it was a better chance of retrieving our vehicle and loading out front, but we didn't expect it and decided to carry our things back to the garage to retrieve our vehicle. Again, we totally loved our stay at your hotel.
