“Room was very clean, was able to express check in online. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again.”

“To be totally honest it was very overpriced for 1 night, $417. The room was clean but no where for 2 people to sit had to sit on our beds. Paint chipping on the bathroom door. The toilet was so low you could almost fall. The toilet had a leak at the base. Shower floor was so slippery. We had to put a towel in the bottom. I was not impressed”

“The hotel is still very clean, and the cleaning ladies do a fantastic job. It's quiet and in a very good location, close to shops. Unfortunately, compared to last year, breakfast is a huge letdown! On Sundays, there's nothing to eat if you arrive around 8 a.m. There's no room at the tables; you can only sit on the ground or at the pool table. The hotel is completely unprepared for this. Breakfast is poor... And it was completely different not long ago. Maybe it's worth revisiting to avoid losing……

“Very quiet, clean room. simple breakfast but had nice conversation with other guests, I say this in a very good way, but to me this was a very quaint communal experience. Everyone I met either with hotel staff or guests made stay very enjoyable. ”

“We spent two beautiful nights in the upper lookout, toured the property, and ate breakfast and dinner prepared by Chef Eric during our stay. Eric and Nicole have built a beautiful off-grid glamping experience. Bathrooms and showers were clean and sinks with running water were available for washing up. The yurts were clean and comfortable, with panoramic views of the valley below. We drove a Tesla Y, which was not optimal for the climb up the hill, but it managed fine! No superchargers in……

“Rundown, musty smelling property. Limited outlets in rooms with awkward placement. Breakfast is k-cups and small packaged ‘snacks’. Housekeeping not available during your stay. Had horribly rude guests next to us that talked loudly, banged into walls and played music from 1 am until 5 am both nights we stayed there. Tried to call the front desk for assistance in quieting them and had to leave a message. Sadly disappointed, especially for almost $200 a night.”

“Great place to stay on the shore of Lake Pend Oreille, and only a 3-minute walk to an excellent restaurant on the water. Sandpoint is about a 20-minute drive along the beautiful north coast of the lake.”
