“The staff gave the key to my room to another customer!!! So at midnight, the other customer attempted to enter my room while I was asleep, This put my safety and the other customers safety in jeopardy!!!!!! I woke up to what I thought was someone breaking in to my room!!!!! Very unsatisfied!!!!!!”

“Because we were not allowed an early check in we arrived after touring Carlsbad Caverns and the bat flight program. We checked in a little after 9 PM. When we were preparing for bed we found that the bathroom lavatory was clogged. I went back down and was assigned a similar room. We then repacked, moved, and unpacked which was a little slow because the room had a mini fridge that did not fit in the normal space in the furniture so it stuck out at the narrow entry hall area of the room. It was……

“Good location for access to both town and the Cavern.”

“The coffee machine in my room was missing a part, so I couldn't make coffee. I asked the front desk for help, but unfortunately there was no solution. The response I received was simply, “I don't understand coffee machines.” I also found that shampoo, soap, and other basic bathroom essentials were missing from the room, and I had to walk to the front desk to ask for them. Overall, it seemed there was a lack of attention to basic room preparation and maintenance. These are small things, but……

“The bathroom with the rolling shower was cramped. The sink and toilet were so close together I had to set my wheelchair sideways with the sink. And you couldn’t close the bathroom door when I parked my wheelchair to use the toilet. These “amenities “ decide whether a room is comfortable or not. Also, a queen bed is plenty big enough. This room is cramped with a king bed.”

“Have to drive through a neighborhood to get to the entrance,not off a main road.”
