"We rented this house for a memorial service in the area for everyone who was traveling to attend. The house is great for a older home. Very large and accommodating for big groups. Communication with host was not all that great as most messages came in Chinese and we had to use a AI translator to translate their messages. Definetly need to correct this for your future guest. Most rooms had everything supplied okay but the kitchen is lacking. A trip to the dollar store would be a easy fix to this...

"Capital Hill is a great neighborhood. The house was clean, quiet, and comfortable. After we left they found some things that we had left in a drawer. They contacted me with a photo, and mailed them back to me. All I had to do was pay the postage. "

"Everything was so perfect. Almost everything in Renton is walkable from the house. I walked to one of the parks daily. Everything was so clean and we felt safe at all times. The neighborhood is so cute and I loved walking around and seeing all the different brightly colored houses, we dont have that where we are from! "We enjoyed returning to this property, it well furnished, and easily accessed, host leaves door open and key waiting on hanger, had flowers waiting for us. the only issue we had was our mother came with us and we could not find any extra blankets. I did to want to bother host so borrowed from our son. who we came to visit. and the garbage can was so full difficult putting it in can. and there is a window above the bed with no shades so light comes in pretty early so we put foil over the window....
