"Lizbeth’s tiny house is cozy, modern and was perfect for our stay in Seattle to wrap up a big cross country move. Very clean, cute, comfortable and stocked with the essentials. The washer a dryer are fabulous! The tiny home is equipped with many smart features. We had 2 vehicles and had no problem finding parking. We had our dog with us and we all fit great in the tiny space. The bed was amazing! (I wish I had looked at what brand it was.) There is a darling patio with a propane fire, we enjoyed...

"Other than the TV volume not working, I would stay here again but not without a rental car or e-bike as it is difficult to walk directly to restaurants or grocery stores due to cul de sacs and fenced in properties. Very nice cottage for up to 2 persons and very responsive hosts. Go Tartans!"

"Skyler was a great host, even coming out to the street to get us to the right place when we arrived late in the dark. (Directions auto-corrected to 10 West Smith St. -- close, but one block over). Had everything we needed, perfect size, easy walk to Queen Anne District for anything you might need, and short drive to anywhere you may want to go. Street parking was easy, and we highly recommend a troll hunt if you have no specific plans. Highly recommend!"

"This is a great location, right on the river. The unit is behind the owner's house but there is complete privacy. The unit itself is first class construction and very clean. Very nice!"

"We had a good time. Our stay was not about the rental, just a bed to sleep in. It was fun in the fact that it was such a small space with everything but a couch and a t.v. Only complaints were it was hot up in lofty area, no air and then the dog scared the bageebers out of us on our way out. But had all things needed for a short stay:)"

"Our family had a great time here over Memorial Day weekend. It rained most of the time, but we pumped up the SUPs we brought and bundled up to use them each day during the windows between rain showers. The house is well stocked with books and board games, which we enjoyed playing together & unplugged from the screens."

"Overall the view, the yard and hot tub made up for the little things. We spent most our weekend out on the deck and noticed it needs some TLC. Our 1 year old got splinters and scraped up and the board right when your about to enter the house is broken. We were really disappointed that the path down to the river is overgrown and you have to crawl over branches. There is ac in the main house in bedroom which was nice. But unfortunately there were spiders everywhere inside and dead bugs and cobwebs...
