“This is the perfect quintessential beach cottage. It’s beautifully decorated for the laid back beach vibes. Our family has children from middle school to pre-k ranges, and everyone was happy. It’s a quick 10-15 minute walk to the beach, and with the younger ones, bringing a wagon is helpful. The location is close enough to the boardwalk and shops to enjoy in the evening, but it’s far enough away to not be bothered on the busy July 4th holiday with noise. Everything was completely and……

“One reason we picked this property was the fenced backyard for our dogs. We didn't realize how nice it would be. The large yard was surrounded by a well secured privacy fence; no chance of any dog getting out. There was outdoor setting on a raised deck with a gas fire pit. The outdoor shower with hot water was a nice bonus. This property was ideally located just across the street from the beach access, so you could easily come and go to as you wished. “Great house! Location is central to CB goings-on and is so close to the beach itself. One bed is kind of hard, but other than that the accommodations are sufficient and beachy. Cute back deck and yard. Communication with the owners and manager of the property was easy with a quick response time. And they are just generally good people (met them outside of the rental experience). Nice for a stand-alone house that's affordable with no one walking over your head! ”

“This place was very clean and nicely decorated. It was a great location and short talk to the beach and just the right place for a girl's weekend away. The only thing to note is the listing says there are 2 double beds in the one bed but they are actually twin beds. But we greatly enjoyed our stay!”

“The first thing we noticed when walking in was how clean it was, especially for being a bit older. Also, the location was just a short walk to the beach and a bunch of restaurants. It was a pretty humid and warm in there but we spent most of the day out and at the beach so it didn't bother us as much as much after the first night. Overall recommend!”

“We were there for three nights only, but enjoyed ourselves immensely. We had a dog with us and while needing to keep her leashed, this was also a great experience. We could cook in the house, but the nearby restaurants were wonderful.”

“This place checked all the boxes! So close to Freeman Park and around the corner from the public beach. The house has space for everyone - indoor, outdoor, lots of seating and gathering places. They have thought of all the details and if you forgot it at home, chances are they have it waiting for you. Favorite part of the house was the extra wide porch swing which was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon book and evening cocktail. We’ll be back for sure! ”

“Plenty of space for 8 people. Beach access is just a few steps away. Beach chairs and umbrella were available to use. Kitchen had everything needed. No ice maker, but no problem, a cute little store/cafe/coffee bar is right next door. They sell bags of ice along with anything else you might need. The home is clean and decorated so beachy cute!!”

“The house was very nice and a great location. Enjoyed our stay, however, there were wet towels in the dryer that we needed and wet rugs. And the towels that were folded at the sink were wet. ”
