“There is no staffed office! when we arrived it was around 8:00 PM and there were no outdoor lights or lights at the entrance door. We were instructed by phone messages only. When you are over a "certain age" with poor vision this is a big problem. As for the shower...the water only reached the "tepid" temperature while the sink had an abundance of hot water . I know to some these complaints may seem minor but when you are in the "comfort" business little things mean the world. ”

“I like the mini kitchen but didn't use it. I liked that you could hear the ocean from the room, but didn't like the pool and parking lot being between the hotel and the ocean.”

“This was just a terrible experience - an an expensive one. First, there was no parking since it was Saturday night line dancing next door and all parking spots were taken. Then, there were no key cards for the rooms - they "ran out." The door was opened manually by the receptionist who promised to bring one "later" which never happened - no apology, no offer for any discount, nothing. We couldn't leave the room until vacating the room the next morning - the earliest possible. The room itself: a……

“Parking was hectic. We received multiple messages during our stay threatening to tow vehicles that were not in their appropriate space. A car was parked in our assigned space for the entire duration of our stay. Either enforce the parking rules or let guests relax and enjoy their stay within the constant warnings. ”
