"We love it. It’s on the first floor. You park and the door is right there. The beach is right there. In the afternoon there is shade right near us. Great for people who don’t want to much sun but want to enjoy the beach. The house is well stocked which we love, we enjoy cooking. You can’t get any closer to the beach!!! A cute walking trail near by. This is our second year staying here."

"The home was really nice and centrally located. The private beach access just across the street was convenient and the ocean views from the balcony provided the perfect spot for morning coffee or late evening relaxing. The condo was spacious and provided ample space for our group to hang out together or chill in your own spot. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and plenty of seating at the table. One of the nicest and best laid our floor designs we’ve stayed in over the years."

"Perfection!! Quiet ocean front with extra large deck and a swing chair you can relax in. All immentities in kitchen and through out in bathrooms. Newly renovated with comfortable sitting and comfy beds. Easy access to beach with this second floor condo. Easy to communicate with owners Will definitely rent again. Thanks you Sarah."

"We read reviews from earlier this year, and we’re concerned about the cleanliness and the condition. Property was spotless inside, and things were a bit aged and worn, but that did not matter to us. We didn’t expect a separate downstairs apartment, which was nice except for the lousy bunkbed mattresses. The three bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable. It occurred to me to ask whether I could fix some of the little things that a homeowner can do, but I decided I’m not picking up a screwdriver all week. My son and I noticed lots of aluminum shards in the sand just as soon as you step up the concrete going towards the ocean. These could be easily taken up by one of those rolling magnets. Taking care of that little problem would go a long way towards safety and comfort.. We like to try different beach houses every year, and we’d gladly return to Shoo Fly again."
