"Everything was nice in our room and on the property, except the shower. There was no mat in the shower and it was extremely slippery. had to put a had towel on the floor of the shower to not fall down."

"The bed had no mattress cover, just a worn down pad with stains and hair on it (gross) so I slept on top of the sheet out of fear of what might have been on the mattress. This nice of a hotel should invest in mattress zipper covers at least. The microwave was dirty and the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The room was nice but the bathroom needed updating and cleaning. I don’t think I’ll stay here again."

"I had experience with two different staff members one during the day was not as friendly and helpful. The gentleman working night was very nice and helpful. The bathroom had long hair in the floor which no one in my group has long hair. There is no where close for dinner and drinks. "

"I booked a one night stay and accidentally selected the wrong date. Realized within 10 minutes of booking. Hotels.com would not budge on editing the reservation. Kept blaming the hotel. I ended up just having to make a whole new reservation for a second night. The hotel was very accommodating when we got there and merged the two together so we wouldnt have to check out and switch rooms. The hotel also said they never at all heard from hotels.com and had they, they would have been fine with changing the date and that they hear nothing but bad things and have bad experiences themselves dealing with hotels.com. Would absolutely stay in the hotel again but will never book through hotels.com again. "
