“Amazing location and roof top deck for sunrise and sunsets on the old wall. Walking distance to Puerta 3 in the marina, where all the boat trips leave. Well decorated with clean well maintained essentials and good water pressure. The AC in the rooms and fans were life savers. “10/10 condo and building to stay at everything you need for a short or long stay. Building has security at all times. Building is convenient connected to a shopping center it has regular shops, food court, movie theater and even a regular grocery store. Building also is located right infront of the beach. Therefore 10/10 stay”

The water heating machine did not work at all. I called the manager but after device review nobody came for fixing. The roof shows some mold. No closets in bedrrooms you need to put the baggage on the floor. Kitcheb not ergonomic. ”
