“The resort is very pretty and offers quite a lot. The rooms were spacious for the 4 of us. The breakfast is awesome with so many choices to choose from. The only real downfalls which limited us using the beach was they allow street vendors to harass you constantly. It would also be very helpful to have associates that are bilingual. “estuvimos para descansar unos dias, y todo estuvo excelente, el lugar, la limpieza y la comida de lo mejor, si le falta mantenimiento a algunas partes del hotel para estar mas presentable, no hay agua caliente y esto puede ser un problema para algunos huéspedes, pero su personal es de 100 Ibama y Jhonny en recepción, Cesar en los desayunos, Candy en el Spa y en general todos muy atentos hacen que tengas unos dias muy agradables”

“Great location walking distance to everything but a bit away from the noise and bustle of the old city centre. Having the roof top pool was great. We had a problem with our AC. They came promptly to fix when they couldn’t that moved us to a new room. Karen the customer service rep apologized many times and sent a beautiful fruit basket to our new room. Can say enough about the GHL highly recommend and we would stay again. 10/10”
