"Everything was fabulous from the check-in, welcome cocktail, all staff members, breakfast, the room extremely clean, pool area is beautiful, bar area, the door men opening the door for us at the front & more. The bartender named Deiner was extremely great. He served great drinks, very helpful & made it even more enjoyable. He spoke English really good & helped us comunicate with other staff. Him & the other bartenders went the extra mile singing Happy Birthday to me. Keep Deiner around, he's a great employee. The coffee tasting experience was enjoyable. Hotel location is near everything & safe area. We will definitely be back again."
