“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“The check-in staff was super nice and personable! Loved the rooftop terrace and other amenities. The hotel was clean and very welcoming with a beachfront location. The only thing I would know is that the hotel does not provide washcloth towels. I had my own, but I wanted to point that out for anyone who may find that important!”
