“The pub was closed so self check in!
Room had aroma of the open fire from downstairs even though not lit.
No tv in room view was over the garbage area.”
“Loved this place, a little out of Cartmel but liked that, pleasant evening stroll into town, great view across the racecourse, well looked after hotel, plenty of parking
Points to improve could do with some car chargers but thats a minor point, will be back”
“Suite was lovely, cistern was a bit iffy and sometimes got stuck so was running constantly, was able to rectify it though. Didn't realise the fridge was on maximum so it froze a couple of things. Stairs and steps were an issue bit that was down to us not doing our homework properly. Overall a good experience”

“Lovely quiet location on the edge of Cartmel with good road connections to the tourist areas of the Lakes. The place was spotless and well equipped but they really do only include bedding, towels and loo roll. Whatever else you need make sure you take it with you. It lacked hanging space for clothes in the bedroom and any place to put your cases. We were surprised it was a semi detached building, we could hear a lot of noise, especially doors closing in the attached unit. I would still recommend……
“The whole experience at the hotel was fantastic. The food was good, room was clean , the bed was comfy, the area is quiet and the staff were excellent. Ideal stop off for travelling from North to South.”
