"i’m very disappointed my family was really looking forward to enjoying time in the spa and the pool … the spa was not working .. the pool was freezing cold you couldn’t even enjoy staying in for a minute … plus the room had a very bad humid smell when you walk in there … when we in are room getting for bed there was roaches crawling behind the bed frame then on the wall then we saw one on the blind then behind the tv i called the front desk and they said they were going to let the manager know about it … worst experience ever with this hotel "

"I had a mixed experience. On the first night, there was trash left in the mini fridge, which was disappointing. There was also a constant beeping noise throughout the night that made it hard to sleep. Additionally, the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, so we had to go all the way to the third floor to get ice. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and helpful, which I really appreciated. With a few improvements to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a much better stay."
