“The hotel was great. The employees were so good, especially Jennifer. She was wonderful! Unfortunately, while we were there, they had a pipe bust on the floor below & it created a mess & our water was turned off. They placed us in another room which faced the back of the hotel & it was so much nicer. The front room we were in had so much noise from all the traffic near the hotel. I had a hard time sleeping there. This is our 2nd time staying there this year. We will come back again if we visit……

“This facility was top notch 2-3 years ago. Our recent stay was underwhelming. Property looks tired, weeds in planters, furniture banged up and starting to come apart ( drawers and nightstand slide outs). The breakfasts were not that great either. The sausage gravy was like paper mache paste.”

“Pool was closed because ‘someone used the wrong chlorine in the pool’ and this was devastating to my 6-yo. I had water dripping from my ceiling over the desk. The hotel was unable to change our rooms. The leak grew until it was over our bed and soaked our bed and mattress. The hotel refused a full refund and claimed ‘management decision’. Worst stay, worst communication, will never go back. It took me the better part of 2 weeks to get an answer from management about the lack of refund because……
