梯状瀑布

The floors & upholstered chairs were stained. The air conditioner was difficult to turn on/off. The "Senior " room's bathroom door had the veneer rubbed off, the toilet tank lid was broken, the shower chair was old & had brown spots all over it. It had 4 legs but only three touched the floor. The toilet was low, it did have a grab bar. The tub was high & difficult to lift leg over it. The mattress looked new but it still had the plastic on it & everytime you moved it made crackling sounds. The fitted sheets slipped right off the plastic & one was left sleeping on the plastic We will not return.

Room was greatly clean. Check in staff was very helpful. This hotel is so beautiful. I always enjoy my stay over here.
