“The room was clean. However, 2 of the containers were off the wall, laying on the counter. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid. They need to update their website to reflectthat there is……

“My first time to Marshall and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was quick and very pleasant. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I didn’t have time to eat the next morning but it looked lovely, Checkout was a breeze! I’m putting the contact information on my phone book. I’ll definitely return there. My grandson is a student at the University of Olivet, so I’ll definitely be back!”

“Property was in terrible condition. Mold in the refrigerator mold in the ice machines. Sheets and bedding was nasty. The microwave was sitting on ottoman. 2 tvs in the room sitting side by side. One was broke and the other one only had nexflix and the User name was DADDY. The absolute worst hotel I have ever been too. Elevator was broke. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The worker Amy was absolutely amazing. ”
