"Another wonderful stay at this property. This time we stayed in the Boho Nights apartment. Loved the vibes on the room. Way bigger than I expected and honestly if I could live there full time I would. Location is perfect for enjoying downtown Sanford. The backyard is enjoyable and I'm intrigued by the little rock lights. I cannot recommend this place enough. I believe in staying at another one of their properties in 2 months. You cant go wrong."

"My wife and I had a great time visiting Sanford thanks to the Cherry Blossom! Exactly what we needed, and location is so close to the city, we ended up walking into town, took a little over 5 minutes. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get to know Sandford."

"The property was exactly as described and shown in the listing. The check in process went smoothly on the hosts' side, with good, detailed communication. The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown!"

"Our stay here was pleasant and it was nice to be able to walk downtown. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Only a few minor things were bothersome. Road noise was very loud. There was a very unpleasant smell in the house and we couldn't open some windows and others had no screens. Would have been nice to have a few more kitchen staples like sugar, salt etc. Communication with owner was wonderful tho."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Marigold; it was comfortable and homey. Bill was super easy to deal with and checking in and out was a cinch! The neighborhood was very cute. Downtown DeLand is right down the street and DIS is less than a half hour away. Perfect!"

"Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...

"Overall great stay. I would power wash the pool area. The spider webs hanging from the celling was really uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if something was going to drop on me or in the water."
