“This is our second time staying at the cottage and we love it! We love the privacy and rural area where the deer come to visit daily -a nice distance away from Fredericksburg. The cottage is well equipped, clean and baby friendly as we had a one year old and the playpen came in handy. The spaces were comfortable for our family of 6 plus a tiny one and we loved having all king beds in the bedrooms. The bathroom with the clawfoot tub was wonderful and the showers (heads) were appreciated by……

“Broken tv, fridge didn't work because it was froze up and we went solely for the location and hot tub and the hot tub smelled so bad we couldn't use it. Location and atmosphere 10/10. Would come back if these were addressed. ”

Restroom and shower area was super fun, and if you are lucky enough to have the grounds to yourself like we did its a HUGE bonus! The pool was small, clean and very well maintained.
