“The apartment was nice, the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies, and the complex is very quiet. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, which we really appreciated. Even though it's on the fourth floor, there are multiple elevators, which was great. The pool and gym were usually empty. Good stay, overall.”

“First time in SA. Here for BMT graduation. Gave us the space we needed and the homey comfort my Airman craved. Very conveniently located to base, air port, down town. Neighborhood was quiet, definitely transitioning. Felt safe. Even enjoyed some time in the back yard. Great value!!”

“The house was super cute and very well renovated. Loved all the nice decorative touches. Location was great as we went to an event at the San Pedro Playhouse which was a .2 mile walk. Philo coffee house just up the hill was great for morning coffee. ”

“Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time.”
