"Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate. "Overall a great place to stay for one night. This is a guest house rather than a hotel, so there is no front desk. We did not receive good instructions on how to get into the building. However, after we arrived, we were able to contact the host and he arrived promptly. He also helped with questions and problems. I am sorry that I did not get his name."

"Our stay here was short but was wonderful because of this booking. The Boutique hotel is modern in an old world setting and a short block from the beach and the castle. The street has so many places to eat and shop. It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was hot and we drove in and parked a couple blocks away but the owner kindly took me in his car to ours to bring our baggage and he brought it to the room. He let us check in 1/2 hour early as well. "
