“We arrived at 2pm, our group had rented 3 of the 5 rooms. We asked if we could please use a bathroom to change in. We were told we could not l, and the woman was extremely rude. My wife needed to use the bathroom, she used it, but the woman was hysterically knocking on the door for her to leave the bathroom. In the end the room was the room that my mother stayed in. It was an aggressive and unacceptable initial 'welcome' by the manager. I would really recommend that you stay somewhere else,……

“We had an excellent stay at Al Castello! Paolo was a magnificent host, with excellent restaurant and entertainment recommendations. He greeted us each morning at breakfast with coffees and special treats, as we watched Mount Etna fuming in the distance. He also helped us park and load the car. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was convenient for the sights. I would absolutely recommend a stay! Thanks for everything Paolo!”

“Aziz was a pleasure as was every other member of staff we encountered. The hotel is very nice. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. If I ever visit again, I’ll be sure to book a reservation at the Michelin Star restaurant on the premises. Which nobody ever mentioned. That’s how classy everyone was. No pretense. No ego. Just a nice place staffed by genuine and good people.”
