"It was amazing and hands down the best stay in Tunisia! The cleaning staff are wonderful and work so hard, the reception staff are okay, not super welcoming and security are friendly. The rooms or mini apartments I should say are just incredible, luxurious and the hotel is an oasis within the Medina. I wasn't fond of the location, it's hard to access and a bit dangerous coming back in the night or looking for restaurants/food because the Medina is dark and a maze. We had breakfast one day as it was not included and we loved the breakfast it was fantastic and the service was amazing. The rooftop views over Tunis are gorgeous."

"Hotel is located right at the heart of Tunis city centre that makes accessibility to main attractions such as old Madina very easy. I visited in April which is a warm month of the year. Temperature was between 25 c to 31 c. However there was no air conditioning available. When asked, I was told that it could not be turned on until its really hot which I found rather odd. Nevertheless, helpful and polite staff more than made up for it. For the compatible price I paid and it‘a location, I would highly recommend this place."
