“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“The staff was amazing and fun! House keeping is unreal never seen a bug on the hole property even a fly. Unreal clean loved that! The excursions was pricy but wonderful. The only hiccups was the closing time for the pool which was 5:30, if u pay for the amenity u should b able to use it the whole time ur there no matter what time, that was my main no no; the restaurants, paying for all inclusive should mean all inclusive, u should not have to make a reservation and pay for any of the hotel……

“It’s not finished and there is a ton of construction going on. It’s not organized and employees do not understand a lot of questions. Resort credits are a joke. The pools are great and the water sides are great. Ice cream is also good. The arcade is good because all the games are free. I suspect that could change. It should be wonderful in the future but right now it’s not completely finished and a lot of stuff is not open or complete. We loved the pools that were open.”
