“Horrible staff. No towels upon request, taxis are called begrudgingly, when asking about tours I was given a book and told to call them directly. At reception I was told they were “holding” my passport. Wait at dinner was over an hour. Complete disaster. Would warn against it. On top of all there is nothing worth going to within a walkable area. Thumbs down across the board.”

“Breakfast was not really a breakfast it was an apple and a slice of bread but limited amount so if you woke up past 8am you were cooked”

“Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.”
