“Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat.
The staff we met were all very nice and friendly.
Breakfast was good for setting us up for the day.
We parked in a car park just outside the city walls about a five minute walk from the hotel.
Would recommend if staying in Ávila.”

“ホテルはÁvila Bus StationからもEstacion Avilaからもとても近いので、タクシーを使わず徒歩でたどりつくことができます。そしてバスセンターや駅から近いにも関わらず周囲は1日中静かなので、ぐっすり眠ることができます。観光名所のある旧市街へも、散歩を楽しみながら10分くらい歩けばすぐに行けます。
ホテルの朝食は美味しく種類も充実しています。
また観光から帰ってお腹がすき何か食べたい時には、親切なホテルのカフェが待っています。スペイン語でオーダーできない私たちでしたが、カフェのスタッフたちはとてもフレンドリーで、お酒も食べ物もおいしく、特に彼らが見繕ってくれたタパスは素晴らしかった。家庭的でホッとする優しい味でした。どうもありがとう！
実は私がこのホテルを使うのは3回目でしたが、毎回スタッフの温かいもてなしにほっとして「また来たい」と感じます。
モダンなホテルが好きな方には向かないのかもしれませんが、私はアビラのこの親切なホテルが大好きです。そのため、大好きなアビラを観光する時はもちろんセゴビアや近くの観光地に行く時にも、レイナイザベルを利用しています。”

“This place has clearly fallen into disrepair. The pool was completely empty other than a puddle of mud at the bottom and the walls were filthy. There were damp marks on the walls in the bedrooms. The host initially promised a refund and then denied this as soon as we'd checked out. A total waste of money and time. Don't make the same mistake we did, you'd have less heartache throwing the money in the drain! ”
